What we collect on studio.vomcore.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect
Contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the subject you pick and the message you write. Only your name and one way to reach you are required.
Analytics: which pages were viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, through Google Analytics 4. This data is not matched to your identity.
Purchases: your name, email address, billing address and tax number if you have one — collected by our payment provider Creem and passed to us as an order record.
We never see, process or store your card number, expiry date or security code. That data stays with the payment provider.
The photos, copy and account access you give us so the work can be delivered.
Why we process it
To get back to you and answer the question you asked in the form.
To form the contract, deliver the service and keep it running.
For invoicing and the accounting records the law requires us to keep.
To measure which part of the site is working and improve it.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest under article 5 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK); for visitors in the European Union, GDPR articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept for at most 24 months.
Commercial and financial records are kept for the period the law requires (ten years).
Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Transfers outside your country
Our servers and our payment provider are inside the European Union. Analytics data is processed under Google's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its processing and to receive a portable copy.
Writing to hello@vomcore.com is enough; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the current text is published on this page and the update date above changes.
