Who sells to you

Vomcore Studio is a sole proprietorship run by Volkan Günay in Ankara, Türkiye. These terms cover every service offered through studio.vomcore.com.

What we sell

Six service packages: website, Google Business Profile, booking system / QR menu, admin panel, mobile app and SEO. What each package includes is listed item by item on its own page.

Every package is made of three line items: a one-time setup fee, yearly hosting (not present in every package) and a monthly maintenance subscription. All current amounts are published on the price list page.

These are services delivered by people. They are not instantly downloadable digital products.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are published on a public price list. The setup fee is charged in one payment at checkout; if you prefer two parts (half when the work starts, half on delivery) write to hello@vomcore.com and we send you two separate payment links.

Yearly hosting and monthly maintenance are recurring subscriptions: they start on the day payment is received and renew automatically on the same calendar day unless cancelled. The renewal amount is the list price published at the time of renewal.

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) acting as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record on the payment side, Creem issues the invoice, and Creem is what appears on your card statement. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Creem.

We never see, process or store your card details.

Orders and delivery

An order is formed when you confirm in writing the written quote we send after the 15-minute call. Scope, delivery date and price are written in that quote, and no line item is added afterwards.

Maintenance and hosting subscriptions start on the day payment is received; they do not wait for delivery.

Cancellation and refunds

Setup fee: if you cancel in writing before the work has started, you are refunded in full. Once the work has started the setup fee is non-refundable.

Monthly maintenance and yearly hosting: there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. On cancellation the service continues to the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew; a period that has already started is not refunded pro rata.

To cancel, write to hello@vomcore.com — that is enough. We action the request within 3 business days at the latest. You can also cancel your subscription through our payment provider's customer portal.

If a service was never provided, or the scope defined in the written quote was not delivered, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Your responsibilities

You supply the photos, the business information and the account access we need, and in doing so you confirm you have the right to use them.

The domain and the Apple and Google developer accounts are opened in your business's name. Their yearly fees are paid to those platforms and are not part of the package price.

Ownership

The content of the delivered site and the domain are yours. If you stop the maintenance we hand over every file of the site; you can host it anywhere.

Infrastructure components we wrote earlier and reuse across projects stay ours; you get a perpetual, free right to use them.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee a ranking in search or in AI answers, and nobody honestly can. What we do is build the conditions you need to be eligible for those results.

No uptime guarantee is given on hosting. Interruptions can happen for maintenance, migration or technical failure; we commit to resolving them as quickly as we can.

Limitation of liability

In every case our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question over the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.

Support

Support is provided at hello@vomcore.com. Every support and cancellation request is answered within 3 business days at the latest.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the current text is published on this page and the update date above changes. For subscriptions already running, changes take effect at the next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
